RightSure Names Felicia Duarte VP of Operations

**TUCSON, ARIZONA, September 18, 2017 –** RightSure Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Felicia Duarte to Vice President of Operations.

In this new role, Duarte will oversee the firm’s RightRater platform sales, its joint venture call centers and the company’s entire service operations. The appointment helps round out RightSure’s leadership team and better positions the organization for national growth. “Felicia has a long track record of success. We believe this promotion will have a tremendous impact on our ability to expand while continuing to deliver superior policyholder experiences,” says President, R. Jeffery Arnold.

Duarte has worked with RightSure and its subsidiaries for the past 14 years. Duarte previously served as the company’s Director of Sales. She also worked in RightSure’s policy services operations and created the sales functions and systems currently in use throughout the organization.
